Yoga aims to find a balance between body and mind. More inner balance, a flexible body and less stress, these are just a few of the benefits of yoga.

Children’s yoga offers all the benefits of yoga and this in a playful way with attention to the development of the child. Children’s yoga stimulates the imagination and creativity of children. It ensures that children can concentrate better, that they can relax better and that self-confidence is also stimulated. Children’s yoga is dynamic and we provide a combination of games, stories and songs to learn new yoga positions in a playful way.

Group 1 13:30 – 14:30: from 4 to 7 years

Group 2 14:30 – 15:30: from 8 to 12 years


Nathalie is a trilingual enthusiastic yoga teacher who was bitten by the yoga microbe more than 15 years ago, she also traveled to India 4 times and eventually decided to do her training as a yoga coach in exotic Cambodia and afterwards also taught for almost one year at various resorts and in different hotels to a diverse audience. Today she is back in Jette and she is driven to pass on the yoga microbe to children.
