The yoga classes according to B.K.S. Iyengar are based on the profound practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (yoga breathing), all in the search for intensity and alignment. This precise method is characterized by:

  • the attention paid to the alignment of the different parts of the body in the space
  • organization of postures in order
  • the use of supports (bands, bricks, blankets, chairs, ropes…)

These basic principles make it possible to develop a better balance, a better physical and mental harmony.
