What are the emotions we feel like? For example, is anger like a black balloon? An angry dragon? When you try to locate them in the body, how do you feel?
This creativity-based mindfulness workshop aims to help children become more aware of their inner world. With art as a medium, children can more easily access their breathing and body awareness to develop emotional intelligence.
Group 1 – 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.: 4 to 7 years old
Group 2 – 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.: 8 to 12 years old
