MBCAS: Mindfulness for 60+ (FR)

Mindfulness helps develop a caring relationship with oneself, others and the world.

The MBCAS (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Approach for Seniors) program invites elders from 60+ to develop an attentive and caring presence to themselves. This can help them cope with the changes in this period of life.

It is a way to learn how to:

* Take care of yourself through a quality of presence and attention to personal experience with kindness

* Discover the links between thoughts, emotions and bodily sensations and thereby take charge of one’s life.

In this cycle, everyone can move forward at their own pace within a group that meets regularly, in a framework of caring.

Free online info session on Thursday January 7, 2021 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m, subscription needed.
